Good product. Quick delivery. Good value.

Bought 2 T Shirts last week. They arrived today but one of the t shirts was not what I ordered. The enclosed invoice states the right t shirt that I ordered, but the t shirt I got was not what I ordered. So how on earth did they miss this? I've made 2 attempts to contact them via email but no reply. I also contacted them on twitter, no reply. These were gifts.

I made an order on the beginning of January, the money it was withdrawn from my account 2days later, I did not received the item even today, after approx. a month.
I asked for my money back, that they use for about a month now!
Nice website to attract customers and very, very low services.
I do not recommend!

Good value. The t shirts are well made and size is good,they wash really well and keep their shape.

When we looked on the website, we could not resist the 3 Daughters Tee shirt for one of our son-in-laws, however for the other son-in-law we required 4 Daughters. SHIRTBOX had no hesitation in producing one of each. When they arrived we were pleased with the quality of the tee shirts.
We are now looking for another suitable for our son.

WORST customer service ever come across, after 5 emails and trying other forms of communication, a load of crap, not interested in answer pre-sales questions to enable placing orders, only interested in online sales... would never use or recommend it.

Ordered the two James Webb prints and while they are good pictures I was very disappointed in the quality. On line the frames look chunky and solid, in fact they are quite flimsy and they are behind plastic not glass. It doesn^t tell you this and for the price was not what I expected.

The t-shirts are of mixed quality, some nicer fabric than others..Not really worth the money when other companies are doing it better with better quality fabric..that said the service is fine other than the return service, they redirect you to a totally different page, it's a real hassle and they don't communicate with you at all, I had to say I would be taking it further if I didn't hear back. My order was in November 2022 I've only just recieved a full refund January 22nd 2023! Not good enough

I had purchased a t shirt for a gift and didnt come to wrap it until a few weeks later when I noticed the iron mark was clearly showing. After messaging them my problem they sent a replacement t shirt within a week. Great customer service

Terrible customer service. My mum ordered a medium T-shirt and they sent her a large in error. She contacted them and they didn’t respond to her, she had to chase them for a response. Then they only refunded her for the item and didn’t reimburse her for the return postage which she had to pay out her own pocket for their error. The t-shirt was a birthday present which as then late because of the company’s error.

Purchased a hoodie and teeshirt as Christmas Presents mid November. I emailed the first week of December as I had not received any shipping info. First email was a generic “sorry about the delay there’s a mail strike”. Terrific. I get it. And it’s been radio silence since. Still no shipping. Three more emails sent, no reply. I am approaching the two month mark and I’m ready to contact my credit card company and report them as fraudulent. Do Not Buy from this company!!!!

I waited weeks and weeks for a sweatshirt to arrive and when it did it looked really scruffy, not new. It had thread coming out from many different places and i just could not give it as a present as intended so i contacted shirtbox. It takes days and days if not weeks to get a reply, i was then told not to worry about returning the item but to confirm if i wanted a refund or exchange, I asked for a refund but did not hear anything back for weeks. I finally received a response asking i attach pictures of damaged item so i did this and then after another delayed reply was told i had to send the item back - postage paid by me!
Ridiculous service and i will be contacting trading standards and would not recommend ordering from this company again

Ordered two hoodies and unfortunately they were poorly printed and damaged. They also sent me the wrong sizes to what I ordered. I have tried contacting them but they just ignore me. I tried to post a review to their website but obviously they only allow 5 star ratings to be published as they quickly deleted mine. Never again, a complete waste of money!
